We take pride in using high-quality ingredients in all our pastries including locally sourced milk, cream, honey, maple, cornmeal, spices, herbs, cheese, fruits, and vegetables.

We are a small bakery with a small team creating as many pastries as we can. We take great care in making sure each one is perfect for your enjoyment.

Brown Bear Bakery is open 5 days a week starting at 8am, Wed-Fri, and 9am on weekends, Sat-Sun.
